ABOUT SHARIAH WRIGHT

Shariah Wright, from Chicago Illinois, began studying dance at age of eight. Dance has been a constant source of joy and creativity for her. Dance is not just a hobby for Shariah, it is a form of self-expression and a means of connecting with her artistry and others.

Whether dancing at a performance; in classes, assisting with Heat Convention, in intensives, or in her living room, she always finds inspiration in the rhythms and movements of dance. Dance has played a significant role in shaping her life by teaching her discipline, perseverance, and the power of artistic expression.

Shariah also has had the privilege of sharing her love for dance with family and friends, often choreographing routines for special occasions and performances. Shariah is continuously seeking opportunities to explore, learn, and celebrate the beauty of dance in all its forms.
